Physiotherapist, Brendan Wyld
DipTech(Physio), MAPA Brendan has been practising at Wyld Physiotherapy since he first established the physio clinic in Blackwood over 30 years ago.
After qualifying as a physiotherapist, Brendan worked at Flinders University for 10 years, where he gained specialisms in treating neck and upper back conditions as computer use steadily grew to become the foundation of the modern workplace.
With a personal interest in sports and treating associated injuries, Brendan set up his practice in Blackwood, where he has worked alongside Blackwood Football Club and developed a lifetime association with the strong Adelaide Hills community. Brendan recently gained life membership of the Blackwood Football Club for his services as a sports physiotherapist.
Brendan is a dedicated surfer and family man, with 4 children and 3 grandchildren to keep him on his toes when he isn't out chasing the waves.

Rebates
Most Private Health Funds offer rebates for physiotherapy treatments as part of a package covering out-of-hospital health care. Please check with your Health Fund to find out your level of cover and, if you are covered, how much this rebate will be.
Wyld Physiotherapy is a Bupa Network Provider, which means that Bupa Members with appropriate cover, receive a higher rebate on physiotherapy treatment.
Payment on the day is quick and easy using the Hi-Caps payment system, and for those who qualify, Medicare rebates apply through the Enhanced Primary Care Scheme (EPC), with a referral from your local doctor.
