Remedial Massage Therapist, Lynley Gladdis
Lynley has a Diploma of Remedial Massage and Remedial Therapy and has been practising for11 years. She is also Master Trainer for ChiBall™ and teaches and trains teachers in the Pilates technique.
Remedial Massage Therapist, Mike Greenslade
Mike is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a Sports Science Degree. He's also an experienced personal trainer. His massage therapy focuses on dealing with pain in the body due to stress, old injuries or just the wear and tear of life.
Mike utilises deep tissue and trigger point therapy techniques to assist with the reduction of pain and improved freedom of movement. An understanding of anatomy and physiology and the use of postural assessments aid in delivering the most appropriate massage therapy to clients.
When you first attend an appointment at Blackwood Health Centre, you will be asked to complete a client health form so that your treatment can be adjusted to match your needs.
Some remedial massage treatments involve the use of oil and could require partial undressing. Other treatments can be performed through clothes.
